Same story, different day. Going skiing again tonight and will give the exercise a little time to kick in - the sunshine we have been having lately sure helps the outlook!
Yesterday's downfall: Oysters, scallops and white salad (parsnips, cauliflower, bleu cheese) at Kinley's.
We ate too late and then I wasn't hungry this morning. I've been off all day!

Sometimes I find the more I exercise the harder it is to lose weight. I get a huge appetite when I workout more, especially when I lift. It's a fine balance, isn't it? When I start to get discouraged that the weight is not coming off as fast as I would like, I take comfort in knowing at least my body is healthier. Being 155lbs and eating clean, healthy food is much better than being 155lbs and eating junk. I'm sure our bodies feel better too.
The scale has not moved too quickly for me either this last month. Between traveling around for my daughter's show choir events and trying to up my weight workouts the scale has stayed the same. Once spring hits and I can run more outside the scale should start moving again, hopefully.
